Vellum Flowers Tutorial
I love making these flowers. They are so easy and look really effective in Scrapbooking layouts.
I was shown how to make these by my friend Jenni Blais and I use them in both scrapbooking layouts and card making. Give them a go with paper as well.
What you will need;
Scallop punch
Vellum
Paper Piercer
Brads
Ice Stickles
Take your scallop punch and punch out 6 scallops
Use a paper piercer to pierce a hole through the 6 vellum shapes at the same time. This is for the brad you will add later.
Use a mini mister to wet scallop shapes and scrunch each shape up. Carefully unfold each shape.
Place the six scallops on top of each other and pierce with a brad in the holes you have already created. Once you have the flower together keep scrunching and moving the petals around until you have the desired look.
Once flowers are dry decorate with ice stickles.
Hope you enjoy making these.
Love Jodie x
